"Love at First Sight!"
I don’t believe in love at first sight, but that’s exactly what happened on the first day of my son’s adaptation at Leapstart.
Some of the staff immediately noticed that my son was new at the center and kept asking one of the educators, “Who is that?” I was shocked—they knew every child there! On his very first day, ALL the educators called my son by his name! I was truly impressed. Even the educators from different rooms knew who he was. I felt that both my son and I were welcomed with open arms. I had been worried about how he would adapt since we were moving him from a different daycare. Whenever I dropped him off and he was upset or crying, an educator would offer a cuddle and comfort him, gently taking him in their arms. There were even days when he didn’t want to leave and cried to stay longer, which, to me, is a good sign. It means he was happy and comfortable there.
The team at Leapstart is amazing. They are not only friendly, but also highly professional, passionate about their work, hardworking, and genuinely caring. I can’t express enough how happy we are to have chosen Leapstart as a second home for our son. Thank you, Ange, and your fantastic team!

This centre and its staff have restored my faith and shown me that not all centres are bad. Not only are the staff friendly, passionate and caring, the centre has a beautiful facility and great procedures especially around allergies (this was a big one for us having an anaphylactic child).”
